It is the responsibility of all product and service providers (Suppliers) to read these terms and conditions of use, and by doing so, unconditionally  and fully accept the terms and conditions set forth herein. Disclaimer or disclaimer to Consumers Network of the following rules and conditions:

1. The supplier of products and services (Supplier) understands and acknowledges that it must have Legitimacy approval and certification required by the state to provide such products or services.

    

2. The product and service provider (Supplier) understands that it must provide the consumer  with all information related to its business (business name, address, email address and contact telephone number).

    

3. The product and service provider (Supplier) clearly understands and accepts that they do not have any partnership between their business and Consumers Network, that they only use the  commercial platform as a method of connection and promotion between them and the  consumer.

    

4. The product and service provider (supplier) agrees to provide the consumer with authentic and legitimate products and services in accordance with the laws of the state, as well as to  provide the consumer with the exact product or service described.

    

5. The product and service provider (Supplier) understands and agrees that the technical  service, support, and warranty of the product or service is solely his or her responsibility to the  consumer and not the responsibility of Consumers Network.

    

6. The product and service provider (Supplier) understands and agrees that it has full responsibility for all government required Taxes.
